About The Band:
Ed Hicks and the Hot Cow Licks are bringing back the golden age of Western Swing—think honky-tonk dance halls and fiddles that can make you weep and two-step in the same breath. This is hillbilly jazz at its finest: sweet country crooning collides with hot jazz solos and those signature twin fiddles that defined Texas dance floors in the 1930s and 40s.

The band features Ed Hicks (The Nightcaps, The Savoy Cabbages), Sam Draper (The Woodlanders, Holloman), and Emily Smith (Ragged Out String Band, Firecrackers)—three seasoned players who know exactly how to make a room swing.
